The PKL Mini Kitchen is the ideal hire option for smaller catering operations providing room for up to four chefs to work comfortably. The Mini Kitchen can be used to produce up to 500 meals per day with the standard equipment listed below, although this can be greatly increased with the use of optional additional equipment. The Mini Kitchen is extensively specified by nursing homes, pubs, small hotels and event caterers and is a fast, flexible solution for temporary catering needs. PKL Mini Kitchens are supplied with a number of features including:

- 1675mm smoked glass serving hatch with fly wall
