All our Preparation Kitchens provide a professional and hygienic workspace for food preparation and are available in two sizes - 3.8m and 6.2m long.
PKL's Preparation Kitchens are typically used for event catering, larger scale refurbishments and new build projects, or linked to larger temporary kitchen complexes. Features of PKL Preparation Kitchens include:

PKL's Preparation Kitchens can be supplied with a range of catering equipment of your choice. However, a typical catering equipment layout may consist of:

- Wash and basin
- Water heater
Our preparation kitchens can be hired as standalone units, or specified with PKL portable dry storage or coldroom units.
