Temporary motorway services in France
PKL supplied a temporary production kitchen facility with dining to a leading franchise holder for Motorway stations in France. The facility was used as a temporary kitchen and restaurant during the three and a half month refurbishment of the Noidant motorway station in the Langres region.
The complete facility included a temporary production kitchen, washing facility, positive and negative temperature cold chambers, dry storage area, 165m2 dining room and W.C. facilities.
The temporary kitchen allowed the client to carry on their restaurant operation during the refurbishment, without the loss of revenue that they would otherwise have incurred had they closed during the period.
