Temporary kitchen for company event

A large pharmaceutical company celebrated 50 years presence on one of its sites in West Sussex. For one day, it opened the gates for fun and festivities!

A temporary kitchen was required as the existing restaurant and kitchen on site had been demolished to make way for the construction of a brand new scientific research centre.

The company organised a party for all members of staff, their families and the local community. The party included supplying each couple with a picnic set on entry and provision of hot meals for 1500 people, should they wish to purchase hot food.

PKL provided a Magnum production kitchen, two coldrooms, one as a fridge and one as a freezer, and a preparation kitchen. A large amount of stand-alone equipment was also hired to make a servery and shop.
