PP12 is a first class, high capacity, large scale, temporary catering facility. It includes everything that you could expect in a permanent large institutional kitchen. PP12 can house approximately 20 full-time kitchen staff. In addition it can easily accommodate the extra staff needed for transporting the food from the kitchen out to the required location, be that the wards in a large hospital, or the separate servery points in a major refectory.
