PP5 is a favourite for the larger catering establishment and is called on especially during refurbishment projects that can last from a few weeks to over a year. Even though the Aquarius dishwash unit is sometimes on the large side for the size of kitchen, it provides invaluable storage space during longer hire periods.
PP5 can be increased in production capacity by going for a heavy-duty setup such as Favoured Footprint M or Favoured Footprint P, which can be backed up by upgrading the dishwasher to one of the more powerful 115 or 150 rack machines.
